Insurance & Payment Policy

At Joyful Minds Integrated Mental Health & Wellness, we are committed to providing personalize, high-quality care without the limitation often imposed by insurance companies. 

 

Accepted Insurance Plans

We  do not accept insurance for our current services. 

This decision allow us to:

  • Offer longer, more in-dept visits

  • Customize treatment plans based on your unique needs-not insurance restrictions

  • Provide access to advance and alternative therapies that may not be covered by traditional insurance

Payment Option

We operate as self-pay clinic. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept

  • All major credit and debit cards
  • Cash (in-person visit only)
  • HSA/FSA card
  • and other secure online payment option.
 

We are happy to provide a detail receipt or superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement (varies by plan).

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
